A copy of a confidential circular (dated August 1942) from the Reichsvereinigung der Juden in Deutschland, Bezirksstelle Hessen-Nassau (signed D. Goldstein) regarding Heimeinkufsvertraege in Theresienstadt. The “Heimeinkaufsvertraege” were a machination of the SS in order to seize as much Jewish money as possible and to disrupt the treasury. They took the amount but did not disburse a penny.
